DR STEVEN HO
Principal Dentist
Our Principal Dentist, Dr Steven Ho gives one-to-one attention throughout the care process and is committed to helping people throughout this community smile brighter in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Steven completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at The University of Bristol in 2013 and offers a range of high-quality dental treatments and supportive post-operative care. Steven was awarded his Master’s degree in Dental Implantology from The University of Bristol in 2020.
Steven is British-born Chinese, fluent in Cantonese and English, adding a multicultural dimension to his life in Bristol, with strong ties to his heritage from Hong Kong. Together with his wife and their young children, he has found a home in Bristol. As a family, they enjoy being outdoors and exploring National Trust gardens. He is passionate about creating memories through his interests in photography and cinematography and enjoys playing tennis and golf. He is also a car enthusiast.
Utilising his fluency in Cantonese, Steven has played a vital role in serving as the translator between the patient and the team. He can communicate to all ages and explain to patients the course of treatment they require in a clear, understandable, and concise way. Steven can also put anxious patients at ease with his compassionate approach fostering a positive and reassuring patient experience.

SIMON HO
Practice Manager
As practice manager, Simon is responsible for the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the practice. Simon has been working in the catering sector since graduating with a business degree from the University of the West of England.
Simon has over 10 years of experience managing successful businesses as Company Director and enjoys the development and management of residential and commercial properties. He enjoys developing rapport with people from various backgrounds, ensuring long-lasting working relationships are sustained.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with family and supports Manchester United Football Club.
Simon is always on hand to assist in providing the best possible service and care for our patients. He works closely with our clinicians and will be the main point of contact for all our patients and is looking forward to meeting you all.

CARRIANN RIDGMENT
Our dental hygenist and therapist Carriann graduated from Newcastle University in 2020 with a dual qualification, therefore, enabling Carriann to carry out hygiene cleans and a wider scope of practice including routine fillings.
Carriann has a particular interest in periodontal treatments and enjoys helping her patients understand their periodontal health by implementing good oral hygiene techniques and addressing possible risk factors.
As well as being dual qualified in dental hygiene and therapy, Carriann previously worked within dentistry for several years as a dental nurse. This is where her passion for dentistry started and flourished. Being highly trained, Carriann has a good understanding of all aspects of dentistry. This makes her a valuable member of the team, who always does her best to help people achieve their desired smile.

TASH ALEXANDER
Lead Dental Nurse

Tash achieved her nursing qualification with distinction in 2022. She is passionate about being a dental nurse and strives to ensure a positive experience throughout the patient journey. She is passionate about her job and enjoys all about the aspects of the profession.
Outside of her professional role, Tash cherishes family time with her three children and a circle of friends. Tash enjoys spending quality time surrounded by family and close friends, finding immense joy and fulfilment in these cherished moments.
In 2012, Laura completed her dental nurse training in Cornwall and obtained her Radiography Diploma the following year. Since then Laura has gained vast experience in a variety of dental practices across NHS, private, and specialist dentistry.
Laura takes pride in creating a professional and warm environment for the patient and strongly believes that patient care and well-being is the number one priority.
In her spare time, Laura studies psychology and counselling, loves to travel and is a true foodie, who enjoys pilates and a good game of poker. She often escapes to Cornwall to spend time by the sea and visit her family and friends.

DR KAR HEUNG HO
Our sedation-trained Dentist, Dr Kar Ho qualified in 2013 at The University of Bristol and has a PG Cert with Distinction in Dental Sedation and Pain Management at the renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute in London. He is a proud member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD). Kar prides himself in building long lasting relationships with patients and understands those who are nervous and can provide intravenous sedation (IV).
He is also actively involved in postgraduate education having obtained the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. In addition, Kar is a certified provider of Invisalign (clear braces) and offers facial aesthetics, delivering both anti-wrinkle treatment and dermal fillers.
Kar's previous experience include working as a dental educator for Public Health England, to help them provide oral hygiene and dietary advice to young families at nurseries and health centres. He a is a firm believer that prevention is better than cure.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys traveling, playing the classical guitar and is an avid supporter of Arsenal Football Club.
